Shipping & Returns

Thank you for your order with Uncle Harry’s Natural Products! We work hard to process and ship orders quickly—most orders ship within 24 hours. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing and shipment during busy periods (weekends and holidays excluded). Our fulfillment team ships Monday through Thursday.

Free Shipping

Orders over $75 (after discounts, before tax) shipping to destinations within the United States qualify for free shipping. Uncle Harry’s covers the shipping cost and reserves the right to choose the carrier. Heavier, bulkier orders often ship via UPS Ground, while smaller orders typically ship via USPS Priority Mail.

Free-shipping orders cannot be upgraded or substituted for a specific courier. If you need delivery by a certain date—or you prefer a particular carrier—please choose an expedited option at checkout. PO Box addresses do not qualify for free shipping and may delay processing.

Shipping Cost

Retail orders ship for a flat rate of $7.95. UPS and international shipping rates shown at checkout are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your destination. Heavier orders—and shipments traveling farther—cost more. Items packaged in glass may require additional protective packing, which can increase the shipment weight.

Shipping charges help cover packaging materials and carrier fees. If you are charged excess shipping, we will refund the difference.

UPS Ground Transit Time
Shipping Time

Delivery time varies by carrier and service level. USPS Priority Mail typically arrives in 2–3 business days. UPS Ground shipments to the East Coast may take up to 6 business days. The map (UPS Ground Transit Time) shows estimated UPS Ground transit times within the United States.

If you need your order by a specific date, please select an expedited shipping option at checkout or call us at 425-558-4251 to discuss special arrangements. Please note: shipping time is in addition to in-house processing time.

International Orders

International orders ship via USPS with insurance included. Delivery time can vary widely, and due to the nature of international shipping, we cannot guarantee arrival dates. Packages may be delayed and held in customs for an indeterminate amount of time.

Any customs duties, taxes, or fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping price paid at checkout. Because these charges vary by country, we are unable to estimate the cost. If your order has not arrived after 45 business days, please contact us. We can refund up to $50 of merchandise (shipping not included).

For international orders over $200, we recommend calling our Customer Care Team to help place your order. If you’re having trouble checking out on our website, PayPal may work best for international cards. Otherwise, please feel free to email us via our Contact form.

Incorrect Addresses

If your package is lost or returned to us due to our error, we will replace it at no charge. If an incorrect shipping address is submitted at checkout, the customer is responsible and the package cannot be replaced. If the package is returned to us, you may request reshipment for an additional shipping fee. Please double-check your address before submitting your order.

Packaging Materials

We’ve reduced plastic in our packing and shipping process by using custom cardboard boxes, kraft paper, and non-toxic, biodegradable, plant-based packing peanuts. If you’d like your order packed without plastic, please leave a comment with your order and our Shipping Team will do their best to accommodate your request. Mail and Money Orders

We accept money orders from financial institutions in the United States only. We no longer accept personal checks. If you choose to pay by money order, please send payment to: Uncle Harry’s Natural Products — Attn: Shipping, 17650 NE 65th St, Redmond, WA 98052. Your order will not be processed or shipped until payment has been received and verified.

Out of Stock Items

If your order includes items that are out of stock at the time of shipment, we will ship the available items and issue a refund to your original form of payment for the out-of-stock item(s). We do not offer backorders due to shipping limitations.

Right to Refuse Service

Products sold through our website are intended for personal use. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of unauthorized reselling or drop shipping without prior approval from Uncle Harry’s Natural Products. Authorized resellers must comply with our Wholesale Account Terms or Professional Account Terms.

Damaged Products

Our Shipping Team carefully checks product seals and packs each order as securely as possible. However, packages may experience rough handling in transit. Please report any damaged products to Customer Care within 3 days of delivery, and do not discard the damaged item or packaging.

To report damage, use our Contact form to send our Customer Care Team photos (choose "My product has arrived damaged" in the "What's your inquiry" textbox) of the damaged product, the exterior shipping box, and any interior packaging. If the damage isn’t obvious in the photo, please indicate where it occurred. We will file a claim with the courier and may ask you to hold onto the damaged item while the claim is processed (up to 10 days). After reviewing your photos and the claim details, we can offer a refund or reshipment.
