We pick, pack and ship all orders usually within 6
business days -- excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping rates
We offer United States Postal Service Priority Mail
Insured and UPS Ground. Note: For other shipping
options such as overnight express, second day air,
3 day ground or any other special requests, please
send us an email and we will give you the updated
charges.
International Orders
We require a faxed copy (our fax is (425) 895-9391)
of your identification along with you credit card
and a statement and signature agreeing to the total
charges, and separately, also to the shipping charges.
If you choose to pay by check or money order,
please send the payment by mail. We will process
and send your order ONLY AFTER we receive your check.
How to Shop Around
Ordering on our web site is simple and easy. We've
organized all of the steps into a few clear and well-protected
pages, to make your shopping experience fast, smooth,
and hassle-free. The shopping cart
The shopping cart page shows you all of the products
you've collected during any particular shopping
session. You can go to this page whenever you wish
to review the products you are preparing to purchase,
whether it's a single product or 100 products. The
shopping cart will show you a list of the products
you've selected to buy, with a brief description,
the price, and the quantity. The shopping cart also
gives you the option of removing any items or changing
the quantities of any product.
Unfortunately, we can only hold the products in
your shopping cart for up to 9 hours after they've
been selected. After that the products will go back
onto the shelves, and if you're still interested
in these you'll need to go back to the departments
to purchase them again.
To place a product in your shopping cart
Go to a product's information page, select the desired
quantity, and click the ADD button.
To delete a product from your shopping cart
On the shopping cart page, click the REMOVE button
directly in front of the product's store code. You
can go to the shopping cart page at any time by
clicking on the VIEW CART icon in the top-right
corner of your browser's window.
To change quantities of a product
Change the number in the quantity box and click
the UPDATE button.
To purchase the products in your shopping cart
We use a simple and secure checkout process to allow
you to make your purchase quickly and comfortably.
Click the CHECK OUT link in the top-right corner
of your browser window and follow the checkout instructions.
Order confirmation
When you have successfully placed your order, you'll
be presented with a receipt page that will have
your order number on it. You will also be sent an
email to again confirm your order.
